Revive Massage Therapy & Wellness understands and respects the hectic schedules of clients. When given sufficient notice, appointments may be moved, or accommodations may be made.
Please understand that operating hours are limited and we are often booked in advance. There is no charge for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. If a client must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, they may be charged 50 % of the treatment booked at the therapist's discretion.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ILLNESS
Revive Massage Therapy & Wellness asks that clients please call if they are feeling ill or unwell, physically or mentally. It is in both of our best interests to reschedule appointments in this case.
Likewise, please understand if we ask to reschedule because a therapist is feeling unwell. We will try our best to get you back in as soon as possible.
With some medical conditions massage/bodywork may not be advised. If a massage could be potentially harmful to a client. Revive Massage Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to decline to perform the massage.
The same fee applies to cancellations due to illness, 24 hour notice is needed to cancel your appointment or a fee may be charged at the discretion of your therapist.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW
In the event that a client fails to show up for their appointment without giving notice they will be charged 50% of the treatment booked.
An invoice will be sent to the email on file, that can be paid online through our booking system.
Future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid. We reserve the right to refuse future services after a no call/ no show.
No Call/ No Show three times will result in automatic firing of the client and future appointments will not be available.
APPOINTMENTS – LATE ARRIVAL
We understand that everyone runs late from time to time. Letting us know that you are on your way or will be late is always greatly appreciated. Due to the nature of appointment-based booking, if you arrive late your appointment may not be able to be extended to the original duration booked. You will still be charged for the full booked amount unless the therapist states otherwise.
APPOINTMENTS – EARLY ARRIVAL
Our clinic does not currently staff a receptionist, so the door to our office is locked between appointments. Arrival earlier than 10 minutes prior to appointment time (unless otherwise discussed with therapist) may result in finding a locked door. Please be patient and we will open it as soon as we are out of the previous appointment.
Revive Massage Therapy & Wellness has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour and comments. In the event that a client displays inapproprate behaviour and/or assualts the therapist, and/or makes inappropriate comments, the session will end immediately.
The client will be charged the full amount of the session and asked to leave. No future appointments will be accepted. We reserve the right to call the police and file a report.
For privacy and comfort, draping is required during the entire massage.
If a client feels they are subject to inappropriate behaviour, or anything that makes them full unsafe or uncomfortable, please speak up so adjustments can be made. Clients reserve the right to end a session at any time.
